Siloxane masterbatch ST-LS301 is made from high molecular weight polysiloxane uniformly dispersed in polyolefin resin. It can be blended evenly with other materials in production, easier processing. It is used as processing aids and surface modifier for thermoplastics, to improve the flowability in processing and surface properties of products, improve smoothness and surface glossiness, reduce coefficient of friction, and improve the touch feelings

Feature

　　1．Improve the lubricating properties, mould releasing and flowability. Reduce the torque of screws,consumption, and final products’ defect rate. Make mold filling easier and reduce molding period.

　　2．Obviously reduce the surface friction factor of product. Improve smoothness, surface silk-smooth properties and scratch resistance.

　　3．Has good thermal stability and migration-resistance, doesn’t affect the post-processing (such as painting and printing).

Application

This product is suitable for different basic resins such as LDPE, HDPE, PE alloy etc. It can be used in products such as cross-link polyethylene cable, halogen free FR cable, silicone core duct, PE pipe, PE film, HDPE bottle, etc.
